Project description
A fast-growing company in the AI-native healthcare SaaS sector is looking for an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer (m/f/d) / Senior AI Full-Stack Software Developer (m/f/d) to further develop its product portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Design, development, and operation of modern web applications across the entire SaaS product portfolio, including front-end, back-end, and DevOps work
- Integration of AI-native features and agent-based experiences into the products, utilizing LLMs, retrieval, tool use, and structured workflows that deliver direct value to clinicians and patients
- Design, further development, and operation of cloud-native services with a focus on reliability, security, and developer productivity
- Collaborating on the design of shared agents, skills, pipelines, and harnesses within the team
- Working closely with Product Management & UX, architects, and other engineers to raise engineering and AI engineering standards
- Understanding of healthcare workflows and an entrepreneurial, results-oriented approach to feature delivery
Requirements
Must-have
These criteria are required for the project.
- Must-have: Several years of senior-level experience as a full-stack engineer working with modern web applications, including in-depth knowledge of at least one front-end stack (React or Angular) and one back-end stack (Java/Spring Boot or Python)
- Must-have: Solid knowledge of relevant cloud and DevOps practices (including Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Terraform)
- Must-have: Demonstrable, effective use of AI in software development
- Must-have: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a comparable technical field
- Must-have: Strong problem-solving skills, a spirit of innovation, and a proactive approach with a focus on the healthcare sector
- Desirable: Practical experience with AI coding agents, as well as building agents, skills, and workflows
- Desirable: Experience with AI pipelines, harnesses, and context engineering
- Desirable: Knowledge of LLM tooling (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic SDK, MCP)
- Desirable: Understanding of product management processes
