At the center of the new space are several meeting rooms for client appointments, conversations with freelancers, and team workshops. “We don't place profiles, we place people,” says Olaf Melsbach, Managing Director of consultingheads. “Our pre-selection runs in 24 to 36 hours. But whether someone will push a project through against resistance is decided in conversation — and until now we had no proper place for that. Now we do.”
