Leverkusen, Germany, 8 April 2026 — consultingheads GmbH moved into new offices in Leverkusen on 1 April. The relocation ends an interim arrangement at the company's previous site in Monheim am Rhein and gives the business, for the first time, premises built around what the work actually depends on: meeting people face to face.
The new location sits between Cologne and Düsseldorf with direct motorway access. Both airports in the Rhineland are close by — Cologne/Bonn roughly 20 kilometres away, Düsseldorf roughly 30 (straight-line distance). For a company whose consultants work across Germany and internationally, accessibility was a decisive criterion.
At the centre of the new space are several meeting rooms for client appointments, conversations with freelancers, and team workshops. "We don't place profiles, we place people," says Olaf Melsbach, Managing Director of consultingheads. "Our pre-selection runs in 24 to 36 hours. But whether someone will push a project through against resistance is decided in conversation — and until now we had no proper place for that. Now we do."
The move is also a signal internally. With a network that has grown considerably since the start of the year, coordination within the team has increased — and with it the need for space where focused work is possible. The relocation changes nothing about the business model or about who clients speak to.
