What changes for clients and consultants: nothing
Monheim am Rhein, Germany, 2 February 2026 — Olaf Melsbach has been leading consultingheads GmbH alone since 1 February 2026. Dirk Franzke left the company as of 31 January 2026.
Dirk Franzke had already stepped down from the management board before that; the change has been recorded in the commercial register since October 2025. With his departure, his involvement in day-to-day operations now ends as well.
There is no change to the company's direction, its services, or the contacts for clients and consultants. Ongoing mandates continue unchanged.
