Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end workstreams for technology due diligence in the areas of telecommunications, digital infrastructure, and technology assets—prepare investor-relevant findings and value creation plans
• Evaluate OSS/BSS architectures, enterprise applications, cloud environments, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data platforms in terms of scalability, technical debt, and modernization needs
• As part of AI due diligence processes, assess AI strategy, governance, AI/ML platforms, GenAI use cases, AIOps capabilities, data readiness, and MLOps maturity
• Review IT operating models, engineering organizations, procurement strategies, and delivery capabilities; conduct interviews with executives such as CIOs, CTOs, and technology leadership
• Define target IT architectures, operating models, and technology roadmaps in the context of IT strategy and transformation
• Evaluation of cloud transformation programs, OSS/BSS modernization initiatives, automation, and the implementation of digital transformation
• Support in optimizing technology costs and redesigning operating models as part of large-scale transformation programs
• Leading post-merger integration assessments, including the complexity of IT integration, the identification of synergies, Day 1 readiness, TSA strategies, and support for spin-offs
• Developing and implementing platform consolidation plans, data migration strategies, and technology roadmaps following the completion of the transaction
• Independently leading complex work processes with minimal supervision to ensure high-quality results within tight deadlines
