YOUR CHALLENGE
- As a Founders Associate, you will be part of the operational business and help to keep the company on track

- You will be involved in projects that are of high importance to the company and support the conception, planning and implementation of cross-departmental programs and measures

YOUR EXPERTISE
- You have successfully completed your Bachelor’s degree in a business or natural science discipline or are in the transition phase between a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree
- You have some practical experience, for example through internships or voluntary work
- You have a natural feel for complex interrelationships and good communication skills
- You set yourself the highest quality standards and have a high sense of responsibility
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
