YOUR CHALLENGE
As an employee in the back office, you will work at the heart of our company and take on a wide range of tasks:
- Organizational and commercial-administrative tasks in the back office
- Checking and recording of incoming invoices in the accounting software
- Invoicing of outgoing invoices
- Assist with onboarding of new employees, maintain personnel records, process monthly activity reports.
- Office organization
- Support in the preparation of contracts
- Support for the continuous development and optimization of internal administrative processes
YOUR TALENTS
- Completed commercial training, with at least 3 years of experience
- Very good organizational skills and an eye for detail
- High level of initiative and the ability to set priorities
- Politeness, discretion, reliability as well as motivation to be successful together and to achieve goals
- Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
- Confident handling of common office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Very good knowledge of German
- Hands-on mentality with a solution-oriented approach
