YOUR CHALLENGE
As (Senior) Recruiter for Active Search (m/f/d) you will take on full responsibility as soon as possible: You will independently acquire new mandates from new and existing clients and be a reliable contact person for clients and top talents.
- The identification of talent is in your hands, using our own talent pool and the relevant social media networks
- You conduct telephone interviews with potential candidates
- From the mandate to the candidate’s signature, the entire staffing process is managed by you
- You are responsible for the support of customers and talents
- You take over your own projects and create sustainable processes and structures for the next growth stage together with your team

- You are passionate about sales and candidates
- You have already gained 3 to 5 years of professional experience in recruitment or active search
- Personal responsibility, enthusiasm and your proactive spirit are among your strengths
- You love to create and drive your own ideas forward
- You are characterized by your highly motivated work attitude and you want to actively expand the positioning of an innovative company
- You convince top decision-makers and experienced talents with your confident and self-assured manner
- You are a true communication talent and speak fluent German
