Long story short

consultingheads was founded in 2016 as a spin-off of the Prep Lounge case interview community, which specializes in preparing young graduates for entry into a top management consultancy.

Based on these contacts, consultingheads initially established itself as the leading community for up-and-coming consulting talent in German-speaking countries.

We have retained the pool of highly qualified consultants. However, our quality standards also created demand for interim experts for a wider range of sectors and qualifications. Today, we are the leading network for the successful placement of consultants and interim experts for various freelance projects and positions.

In 2021, consultingheads GmbH was spun off and sold to the current management. This development marks the latest milestone in our success story.
